Hudson United Bancorp, Inc. is a community banking franchise. Headquartered
in Mahwah, New Jersey, where it is the second largest commercial banking
company, Hudson United Bancorp owns Hudson United Bank, which operates 200
branches throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and lower New York
State.

We are currently seeking a Jr. Human Resources Generalist will assist with
recruiting, selection, staff development, orientation, benefits
administration, performance evaluation, and employee relations

Responsibilities:

* Assist with all aspects of recruitment including placing
advertisements, applicant tracking, researching creative recruitment
initiatives, scheduling interviews, attending job fairs, non exempt
interviews, reference checks and credit checks

* Process HR paperwork for hires, terms, transfers, promotions, and
disabilities; conducting new hire orientations

* Serving as the contact point for employees on benefit and payroll
issues; and reporting workers' compensation incidents

* Assist with employee relations


Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work
experience.

* 2-3 years of HR experience required. ADP and applicant tracking
system exp a plus.

* Strong organizational skills

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

* Travel required throughout New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
